Corners at Holcomb Bridge

"Please think really hard and reconsider before moving here. I'm in a so-called fully renovated townhouse that has flooded in the kitchen numerous times. I come home and I never know if I'm gonna walk into a flooded unit or not have running water!! This is sooooo frustrating when I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. This is the holiday season and I can't even enjoy it because I'm busy cleaning up brown water. Every time we as tenants are having to deal with water leaks and them shutting the water off indefinitely which is a huge inconvenience. I have never lived somewhere that always have this many plumbing issues. I just had my 4th flood in the kitchen last week. I had to get a hotel at the last minute for my family. No financial help from the complex to temporarily get a hotel. And want to justify why they can increase the rent annually because it's fully renovated. This is a trashy unit that has major water pipe issues that gets patchwork repairs. I'm sure there's mold growing in the walls and under the floors. Which is unsafe for me and my family. And Cristina the property manager doesn't show any empathy with this whole plumbing catastrophe!! It use to be a very nice place to live. Not in the last 3 yrs. I have been here almost 6 years. Today no water again, without any notice. And the kitchen is leaking again!! That is soooo unsanitary and uninhab itable!! I'm over this ish!! I know for a fact that my renter's insurance is going to cancel me because of the number of claims from water damage living here this year!!"

"I really like it here. Everyone is so nice and accepting. My only complaint, and that is me searching for something to be critical about, is the lack of parking in front of my unit. I usually have to park pretty far from my unit and walk to my door. It's really not a huge deal but would be cool if there were more parking in this area."

"Thought very highly of this complex until I picked up my mail the night before last and three nails in my back tires from debris left from the roofers. But what angered me is the bright green sticker in the middle of the driver side window they left that will not come off (vandalizing my personal property).when I asked the manager why Fernando said because it's in the lease. Doesn't matter if its parked in front of my unit or that it's been that way only for a few hours “its in the lease” They lost all respect from me as a tenant, especially considering the amount of money I pay them. Where does it say in the lease that it's ok for them to do this? I believe people who do this are just being nasty! Not only have I never had a flat tire, I have never had issue with this community & this man not only spoke to me like a dog but had the audacity to tell me that “your language is inappropriate “. I asked him to explain how it's inappropriate - I had not used any vulgar language nor called him out his name. While my tone was that of anger (as it should be) my language is quite appropriate. So along with my window I am expected to eat the cost of repairing one tire & replacing the other with has multiple nails! This damage was done as a fault of roofers not cleaning up behind themselves... how is this ok? Please spend your hard earned money at a place where they will respect you & your personal property. When I told him they lost a tenant- he though it was a good idea to lecture me about the cost of breaking the lease? And also how much time I need to give in writing... Who said anything about breaking the lease? But he wants to falsey accuse me of being inappropriate! He's actually the one who is inappropriate. I'm a simple person & I need to be at peace where I live—- first the nonstop smoke of marijuana & cigarettes filtering into my unit, now this! I will begin my search soon, I am done with this place! They have NO RESPECT NOT EVEN FOR AN IDEAL TENANTS! And next time Im walking my dog & I see nails all over the driveways—- I will leave them right there! I've picked up at least a bagful—-NO MORE!!! There are much better places to live for the amount they charge. I wish I had listened to the reviews…. They need to learn this lesson: It takes a life time to build clientele and only seconds to loose it!"
