"Well on this apts live almost 14 years with diferent managent and The office and staff change couple times but always take care on me and they are so nice this new Office and staff are wonderful can't complains. And I really aprecciate thank so much"

"I have been living here for 3 months, so far it has been going good. The complex is in a great area, minutes away from the Forum and quick access to Peachtree Industrial to 85/285. The apartment is renovated with the exception of a few things, I have not seen any pests or roaches like on older reviews. The grounds are kept clean, the apartments look a bit outdated but not bad... There is a great dog park and small playground, the gym is a good size and clean... I work from home so it's very calm and quiet throughout the day and I have great neighbors, everyone is nice and friendly. The mainteance team is also friendly, they are quick to respond to things except if they have to get a contractor to do it. The staff is friendly, shoutout to Nicki, she is professional and courteous. I do have to mention that they need to do a better job unclogging bathtubs and drains before people move in, a few days after moving in my bathtub and sink from main bedroom were so clogged. That is minor, the good outweighs the bad. The property is not gated but it seems safe I have not seen or heard of any break ins. So to sum it up, I give it 4 stars, it's a great place to live in a great area for the price. I like a lot of things with the exception of a few minor."

"The community seemed to be kept up well. However, the prices online were admittedly very far off (like $300). When I spoke to their front desk it seems like they are well aware but stated nothing about what they were doing to get them updated. I was quoted a price on site for a specific unit coming up open so we applied. Only after they received the $225 application fee did they make me aware that the unit was only partially updated and even though I specifically asked...the unit did not have a washer and dryer. We decided to just go on a waitlist for another appartment and their team writes us back and even though they basically bait and switched us felt the need to write "You also are NOT entitled to any refunds at this time or anytime if this application is fully dismissed/cancelled due to your application being fully processed." Like no one even asked for a refund. Why are you capitalizing stuff?? No apologies for the misleading information that got them to our application fee. It's giving me SCAM vibes. This indicates to me poor management so I think I'll avoid having the headache of fighting with folks that can't even get in right before I walk in the door."

"The community is located in a very safe area and I moved to a renovated apartment with stainless steel appliances , new carpet , new flooring and a walk-in closet , is a very nice place. The office has always been responsive to inquiries and requests. The living spaces are spacious, the amenities are nice overall, there is no pest problem so far, and the maintenance Supervisor Stephanie she is the best !!! I see that this girl is what this complex need it!!! A very organized female supervisor, Let me tell you that my sister was there the other day and she stands up from her desk to help out asking if everything ok when everyone in the office were busy . seriously the teamwork and the vibe is very impressive , the quality of customer services of the entire team is amazing .......Also the leasing agent I have to say that she is pleasant to talk too ,I remember one time I arrived to the office and the place got full in 1 minute ,Heather the office manager was by herself she took my service request in that moment 2 people showed so she told me to hold on them one person arrived wants a tour and she ask her to take a seat and offer a refreshment them a second person a contractor wants a key. soon after she return and finish with me ..,, I was in shock how she handles everything all in the same time I think she manages the situation very well but I wish they bring more maintenance staff permanently but to Overall is being a great living experience since I moved in 2022"

"If you like to pay money that commensurates to what you get back in retribution, look somewhere else... The size of apartments is way smaller than advertised. Lots of variable hidden fees(rent is not a fixed globalized amount) The maintenance responses are within weeks; if you get any. The few amenities are outdated/bad shape and not a fit for families with kids. Of course, this review is based just on my own experience, maybe others more fortunate than me."
