Spalding Vue Apartments 3256 Medlock Bridge Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

"By far the worse complex I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with the chipped/rotten wood all throughout the bathroom and kitchen. The appliances are infested as the roaches live in the appliances. Under the sinks are exposed open holes that were cut and never replaced just some guy coming in and putting a piece of plastic over the hole that was cut incorrectly so it doesn’t cover the entire hole. Kids came into the apartments to check the fire detection devices instead of actual firefighters or some authority whose job is to do that. Mold is present in all lower apartments and no one does anything about it. No one ever changed the air filters so I can imagine Im suffering from air quality. The pest control guy isn’t a real company but instead some guy that’s really invading your privacy as his chemicals have ZERO effect on pests. People drop there trash all over the complex that’s usually left there for days til someone decides to pick it up. The bathrooms have kid sized stools that have been re-sprayed over and over. The showers are supposed to be 1 piece but have been cut in half to complete plumbing and instead of replacing they put it back together with gaps in the middle. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to another complex all together, I can go on about this place as it has no advantages living here whatsoever, just a money pit and worse Peachtree Corners has to offer. “Keep Searching” . "Flora very sweet, informative, and personable on my tour for someone who just started her position. Being new to GA she gave me a lot of must know information about residing in GA which was very helpful. Not only that she was realistic and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. THANK YOU FLORA! This property isn't for me but if anyone is considering this location definitely ask for Flora."

"I really like it here. I moved in August and got a newly renovated apartment (renovations arnt the best bc some stuff falls apart Ex l: cabinet doors and my dish washer wasn’t properly installed) but it’s ok bc Maintenance is amazing they come and fix anything that same day and you receive text messages of when your maintenance requests is assigned, when they are coming to fix it and when they finish. If they can’t fix it they’ll replace it. The neighborhood is very quite and clean. Everyone minds their business and follows the community rules. I have no bug issues and Patricia is great. She’ll literally bend over backwards to help you. Everyone else at the leasing office is very nice and accommodating I just don’t know their names. The only thing I wish is that they close the gates for safety."

"Living at this apartment has been going absolutely well! Patricia, Ilsa, and Stephanie from the management team have made our experience really special. Their dedication to resident satisfaction is shown in every aspect. Any concerns or maintenance requests are promptly addressed, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. The amenities and the welcoming community atmosphere, make this apartment a great choice. Patricia, Ilsa, and Stephanie's service and warmth truly make us feel at home."

"I lived in these apartments for about two years. During my two years I experienced a mild roach problem. The apartments are renovated but poorly done, definitely not worth the price. They have strict pool rules like no food or drinks. They’ll close the pool as punishment to the community. They constantly turn of the water to work on the pipes and they won’t let you know until the same day when you’re waking up in the morning to use the restroom and so happen to see the email. They go through office staff fairly quickly and they are always inexperienced and rude. My ceiling also fell down on top of me in my bedroom and they were having an attitude with me through the whole situation. They would not put me in a hotel while they tried to fix the ceiling and wanted me to stay in the apartment with the ceiling hole covered with a trash bag. They would not even allow me to transfer to another unit without charging me even though I expressed that I was afraid to sleep in the bedroom. Unfortunately most people live in these apartments because they can’t afford 2,000 apartment and everything is so expensive. However, I would not recommend this community."
