"Jazmine Lewis is amazing i just move in last week she made sure that my apartment was ready and the move in special was amazing . it was a clean apartment and regardless of the reviews my apartment has no roaches or bugs and is clean . the rent is cheaper than most apartments in the area for a 3 bed room"
"*UPDATE 2: 5 months post move out, they attempted extorting $3k from us by claiming we owed "damages" via a collections agent. They refused to specify what the damages were. We left the place in better shape than it was when we moved in and we never received our security deposit. We randomly began receiving calls from collections (never received any contact from The Vine & they ignored all our contact with them). This severely impacted our credit scores. CFPB took care of it though. The management is vile and takes advantage of former tenants. If you move out, watch your credit score over the next year in case they try to do the same. According to their BBB page (which has an F rating), they have a history of doing this to former tenants. Very shady, fraudulent operations there. *UPDATE 1: I moved out in April after 1 year of horror at this property. We couldn't use our showers or our washing machine from October 19th - the end of a March 2022 (5 months). Finally in March, they sent an emergency plumber to actually fix our water pressure. The property manager, Mary, was unresponsive and rude when she did respond. Staff refused to accommodate us in any way for being unable to use our showers & washing machine for 5 months. We hadn't been able to use our showers since October 19th 2021 when the office emailed all tenants to report that a water main broke. On that day when they turned the water back on, we had mud running through our drains. Since then, we haven't had proper water pressure throughout the apartment. These conditions are unbearable. We can barely do laundry as well due to this issue that has been ongoing for 4 months now (and have had repeated issues with the dishwasher - anything related to water pressure). Literally drips of water or nothing at all coming from our shower head and washing machine (this was NOT an issue prior to October 19th, 2021). I've submitted multiple maintenance requests in regards to plumbing (the lack of water pressure in both showers, washing machine and dishwasher) & have personally gone up to the office to address the issue and have been told by an office staff member that "according to maintenance, the issue has been fixed". I have several videos dating back to October to today that is proof that the issue was never fixed. We are unable to shower in our bathrooms. I will continue to request this fix until we move out this year. (Please watch the videos attached to see what I'm talking about.) Not to mention you'll get an email 3 times a MONTH that they're shutting water off to the whole complex. The property manager recommends we "fill up buckets" as a solution. We also have emails from Mary (the property manager) threatening to fine tenants for raising their blinds. There's a millipede infestation. The ceiling was peeling in the master bedroom due to water damage and the maintenance tech that came to take a look at it literally told us they have no plans of fixing it until we move out. We didn't receive our mailbox keys until 2 weeks after we moved in because the one they gave us was the wrong key and it took them 2 weeks to get a working mailbox key. Mailboxes are broken into and busted open all the time. There are handwritten notes from staff taped to boxes, it looks very horrible and unprofessional. Definitely not maintained at all by the staff. The trash is overflowing in the compactor a majority of the time. This complex is very dirty (didn't seem that way when we first toured the complex, but it got progressively worse over time). If you move to the townhouse right past the leasing office above the hill, every time it rains, expect about 4 inches deep of water flooding the walkway to your front door that they won't fix. This is quite literally the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The complex is not maintained at all. The property management really just doesn't take care of the property at all. Lots of illegal operations at this facility - all kinds of code violations. It should be shut down."
"This place is FULL of roaches. I had to exterminate mine and my neighbor's apartment with products I got from Ecolab because the apartments are so infested. Which makes no sense when i pay for pest control (they don't even come out and spray or anything). Also, theres NEVER anyone in the office. They'll constantly switch the time on the door and still don't be there at that time. When they are, they give you an attitude like you're interrupting their day. And they tack on extra fees for absolutely nothing. I hate this place!!"
"I regret having to write this review, but my experience with 3500 The Vine has been nothing short of disastrous. My company was contracted for services that were not only completed but were also invoiced in accordance with our agreed terms. Despite numerous follow-ups, my emails and calls have been ignored for months. The lack of professionalism displayed by the management is astonishing. Businesses, especially those in the housing industry, should operate on trust and accountability. Unfortunately, neither is present here. Not only have they failed to respond to any attempts at communication, but they have also put my company in a difficult position by failing to settle outstanding accounts. It's disheartening to see such a blatant disregard for professional courtesy, and it has seriously made me question the integrity of this establishment. Any enterprise that operates with such an utter lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is one that we will not be recommending to other vendors."
"Lived here for two years because it was the cheapest at the time. No matter how much you clean, sanitize, and spray you will always have roaches and other bugs running around. For the price you're paying here you could get more bang for your buck outside the city if you're willing to make an hour drive. They say they are doing renovations and updates, but they are just putting lipstick on a pig. Newer appliances do not fix the fact the whole kitchen cabinetry was poorly done. The two ladies in the front office are polite and will answer any questions with a solid explanation. This is in contrast to the manager who is rude, and attitude ridden. To add more to the pile, you will have folks who will blast music with the windows down late at night along with rev their straight piped cars at the same time during the week. If you have a dog you want to walk, I would forget it. There is almost always glass on the ground from either broken bottles or broken windows from a car. I have also viewed full trash bags just tossed into the bushes. The trash area does have a rat den and dozens of rats roaming around it. There is so much wrong with this place. Save your money and time and look elsewhere."
