"At this point, I hate living here. We were told today that our water would be shut off from 12PM to 3PM. It's going on 6PM and the water is still shut off. There is ALWAYS a water related issue with this apartment. At least previous management companies would communicate and keep us updated. RAM has said nothing. This is ridiculous. And, there won't be any modification to our rent for this issue."
"I know this is long, bear with me. gym- I was so excited to hear that they were shutting down the gym, there are many much-needed repairs. I got into the gym this morning at 5 AM and to my disappointment, nothing has been done. Half of the machines are still broken. There’s four cardio machines, two treadmills that completely do not work and two ellipticals, one of which does not completely work. The last remaining cardio machine makes a terrible noise when you use it. On top of all of this, it is so hot in there it feels like a sauna. The circuit workout machine has a nasty tear in it where you put your arm, so probably hundreds of people’s sweat is just soaking in there not being able to be cleaned. And they have the audacity to have a sign on the wall that says remember to wipe down and clean the equipment, but they never put any wipes to clean with. oh, and I don’t know if they know that they might be causing a fire hazard with having an empty scent plug-in in the wall. Most of the mats are torn up and really old and it’s just not a pleasant environment. The only pro is that it’s open 24 hours. pools- out of the two pools, one is shut down completely and is a nasty eye sore when waking on the trail. i’m sure there are all sorts of mosquitoes collecting in the little water left in there. the front pool was only open on the weekends right after being closed down completely because they don’t know how to manage residence at the pool, and would rather punish everyone. walking trails- They boast being pet friendly, however, they do not have a pet park whatsoever. Instead, they say they have a walking trail, but they don’t mention how many huge joro spiders are blocking paths around the property, so not many options to walk fido. you also notice the spiders every. where. literally have to duck and dodge spiderwebs hanging from trees. unit- As far as my apartment, it’s old and not in the best shape, but that’s what you get for a one bedroom for $1205. Several of my appliances had to be replaced because the other ones were gross. The refrigerator had bad sealing where gnats could go into my refrigerator and were dying. and my dishwasher was collecting black water at the bottom. I’m very happy they were able to replace them, and I didn’t have to fight them on it. leasing office- The people on the leasing office are actually pretty nice, despite the not so nice property, but I know it’s not their fault. They just changed management from Arium to RAM and they do seem to be working on things, but there’s a lottttt of room for improvement. They’re pretty good about answering the phones, OK getting back to you. maintenance- Maintenance is pretty nice and quick to do request. I do always ask them to wear shoe covers in my place, and sometimes they forget to take them off when going outside and coming back in, so I have to remind them and I’m sure they hate me for it but oh well. dumpster & gate- The one thing I will say is that the gate is always working. When you get into the gate and down the hill, you’ll notice the dumpsters (no valet trash here). For the past couple of months between management change, I guess the compactor got over filled, and never changed, so they had a genius idea of adding two dumpsters in front of the compactor so there was a one-way for cars to get through, which is sometimes hard to see other cars coming because it’s on a hill, and the dumpsters are blocking your view. They have since brought it down to one dumpster, but there’s glass everywhere they had to clean up. neighborhood- I used to think Peachtree Corners was safe and quiet, but that’s not true anymore. If you have the neighborhood app, you will see that there was a shooting here last week. And there are always lots of animals roaming around, not necessarily just for this complex. There is a little market in a plaza down the street which is completely unsafe. People always hanging out outside probably dealing. It’s so bad that you have to be buzzed into one of the stores. Overall, I’ll just say that I’m getting what I pay for."
"I give Bill 5 stars because today I just woke up and decided to take a look at apartments. When I called he was very friendly, and informative. I was able to book a tour the same day which was great for me because its my day off. When I arrived he was very welcoming and polite as he guided me through the tour. Once we arrived, he allowed me freely browse the apartment as he patiently waited. Afterwards, he was very thorough on the process and all the options that were available. Overall, I really enjoyed the model and my experience with Bill."
"I’m glad everyone is posting realistic reviews about these apartments. I woudnt even give it 1 star. Apartments are outdated and high for no reason. Management is even worse. Ty is one of the rudest assistant managers. Please do not move here save yourself the stress. Prices are over rated and there’s always either bugs or mold in your home. So glad me and my family left. Don’t do it!!!"
"The management is horrible. When I 1st moved in everything was great. Maintenance came soon as a work order was received, management was great. Once they was bought out by Arium everything changed. People from management was very hard to reach, never answered the office phone and office always closed. My apartment was very well kept and clean but the apartment never kept a smell. After being there for months, we started to see termites inside the bathrooms coming from the walls. Made our living very uncomfortable. They also have bad waste out there. The trash always overfill and on the ground around the compactor. They always have emergency water shut offs for hours. They just do not make families comfortable. I am so glad to be gone from this place. I do not recommend this place to nobody. Maybe they need new management and there property upgraded, but since they have been bought out things has went down."
