"Cortland Peachtree Corners is a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in and met with the management I've felt as though they were excited to have me as a tenant at their apartments. The community is very quiet and well maintained. I consistently see the maintenance staff working around the clock to ensure that we have a clean and well kept complex. I love that the trash is taken from outside our door every morning. The apartment itself is spacious and has tons of cabinet space. I honestly feel like I hit the lottery choosing to live here. Couldn't be happier! Who is reading this and looking for a new place, definitely check this place out."

"My friend is literally suffering from mold and you guys have done nothing I wonder if she stoped paying her rent would the problem be solved she’s been in and out of the hospital due to mold eating her apartment. She is not known for being unclean or not taking care of herself at all very humble woman . And is taking further actions … so before you move here make sure it’s worth your life cause it’s literally taking hers away right in front of them ! It takes to sue somebody just so they can hear you . I thought y’all care about your tenants this just proved you don’t I wonder if she had a child in there where this would go . Delete this if you want to . I almost moved in this place !"

"TLDR; low value living experience for the high price you pay. Alarms and gates constantly break and it’s never truly fixed. Only band aid solutions! Counting down my days till I can leave. If you can afford to live here (meeting 3 times rent requirement) you should consider living somewhere else. There is competition out there for better prices and value. I am counting down the days till my lease ends. The fire alarms constantly and randomly go off at the most inconvenient time. It’s gotten to the point where my neighbors and i don’t even leave because it’s just going to go off a few minutes later. Regrettably it went off again to kick off 2024. It was heavy rain and muddy today, alarms went off at 6am on a work day and then when it was over it went off again for a total of 4+ occurrences. Save your time and money."
