"This place has a very rude management team. They ask the tenants to give referrals and then don't want to pay the fee. The manager will ignore your phone calls and also want you to be available M-F during work hours for most people. They closed on Saturdays out of the blue. If you stay here don't refer anyone. It's also hard to get anyone on the phone for maintenance and updates. They promise you an amount for rent and then up charge for all different fees. Horrible."

"Do not move here been here for 2yrs and the Property Manager changed and Lahoe Ma is the worst person to ever deal with. Maintenance is the worst and will not fix your issue in a timely manner a hole in my ceiling from a leak from upstairs been here for 4 months and I’m hot water heater went out and I was without hot water about 7 days now the online payment to pay your rent is turned off on the 3 rd the last day to pay and I am a truck driver and was out of town now out of retaliation for reaching cooperate about my hot water now she is trying to make me pay late fee after my rent went from 1400 to 2000 dollars .. Save yourself the stress and don’t move here.. All my neighbors are I are very unhappy.. As of today still not do she retaliate and refuse my rent when I just charge jobs.. Save yourself and do not move here Lahoma is a evil person and Cooperate do not care about the people"

This is the place you want to be Lahoma is the best! With her professionalism down to the cleanliness of this beautiful property I love it here!! I’m so glad I made the right choice! "Listen do not give your money for a applicantion fee they want you to waste your money and not tell you the min credit they acquire to be approve for the apartments the property manager was very rude and didn’t want to explain that for that matter ! Listen if you are giving your money to apartment complex and it’s 100 dollars or over you want to know what they acquire concerning they do a back ground check(credit check)!!!!! and if a third party make that decision for applications process that’s all she had to say and she did not / nor clarify in that matter !!! That’s not the type of property manager they need at this property ! I will be reporting her to corporate as well as the business it’s self to the FBB SHE simply stated she can not give that information I asked her for her corporate information she told me it was ON LINE AND DIDNT CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION ! I will be reporting her and the process of her termination that’s not how you conduct business when dealing with individuals and they have to give you there money for application fee the process need to be explained effective efficient"

"Went to tour the property today and I must say I am impressed! Lahoma is absolutely amazing! Will definitely be doing the application ASAP!
