Parkland Manor Senior Apartments

"I have visited this place a lot of times. The parking is horrible at night just like other apartments. Sometimes it smells like green rubbing alcohol however the place is clean. It’s made exactly like a hotel on the inside. They are inside doors - let me also say the building is secure! There is even a receptionist desk. I know that they offer different events & even food on a couple of occasions. ** walls are thin as paper lol but seriously I can hear the neighbors talk, cough, tv heck I even heard someone yawning. I’ve never smelled anyone cooking which is good. Honestly, I couldn’t live there I value my privacy & I don’t want to hear any thing from my neighbors"

"Parkland Manor is a great senior community with an awesome staff that is committed to the quality of life for the residents both Independent and a great support to the few residents who are struggling to maintaini the dignity of senior independence but need a little bit of assistance. I have been at Parkland Manor for 5+ years and it has not been the perfect living space but it has been consistent in growth and improvement. I am appreciative and proud to be a Parkland Manor Resident. Yay Team!"

"I moved to this community a year ago. I was apprehensive in moving, since I was recently widowed. Parkland was a great transition for me in starting my new chapter. I have great neighbors. I've made wonderful friends. The Programs have been informative and fun. There's a Salon on site and my Stylist Khia is great. The staff (Director's , Maintenance) have met my expectations in this experience."

"I had to take time out to share my experience here in Parkland Manor Apts. First I wanted to say that management here is very professional and detail. My apt was clean upon moving in with condiments waiting for me. The people I have encountered here have been nice and pleasant and very helpful. Quick to welcome you. The grounds are kept and security is awesome. I have no intentions on moving anytime soon. And the activities are great. The best place in the area to live."
