"I had a bad experience at this hotel with the employee that works there in the front desk which I believe his nationality is Indian as me and my wife was leaving. We packed all our things leaving out and he was coming in to enter to clock in, and he came and walked past us without saying excuse me nor being aware of us while existing the building I confronted him that hey why don’t you go the other way because I have my son with me and his car seat and my luggage is in the way he disregarded me and became insolent and very rude even threatened to fight me and used excessive curse words F word And then I ignored him due to my wife talking to me. We entered the Uber and our way to the airport on 02-12-2024 approximately 10:45 AM. Once we was heading towards the airport I saw my card was charged $100 which was from the deposit I was owed , so then I called the hotel and the same guy I had feud with who was an Indian nationality picked up the phone and I told him about my money that was taken out of my account and his claim was that we took a brown blanket from the hotel room and the hotel room and couldn’t be recovered.i told him that was a lie that we would not do such thing.especially stealing a blanket from hotel while we was heading towards the airport and he became very rude over the phone.and hung up.I try to reach customer service no avail. I am highly disappointed in this hotel I will never go back to this place , poor customer service, poor hotel I paid for a non-smoking hotel and received smoking hotel that smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Carpet smell like it’s been mildew.while I have my 2year old son and my wife with me.I am highly disappointed. There’s nobody to help me on my situation.or retrieve my money back"
"The management doesn't seem to know the rules regarding Wyndham Rewards. I am a diamond member and at check in, I asked about upgrade availability and was told there was availability but I'd have to pay (just for clarification, one of the perks of being a diamond member is that you get free upgrades at check in as long as there is a room available). After speaking with the Manager and explaining and showing that I am a diamond member, he laughed and said he didn't care what I was and that he would *never* give an upgrade for free. I politely stated that I didn't understand why he was being so rude and he said "you can call whoever you want about it, my name is [redacted] and I'm in charge here." His tone was extremely demeaning and I've never felt so disrespected by hotel staff in my life. It would be one thing if there was no availability but this was just a man on a power trip. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated like a human being. Looking at other reviews, this “manager” is rude to everyone he comes in contact with. The room was also not very clean but it was so late at night and we were so exhausted we felt like we had no choice but to stay. I will never stay here again. The ONLY plus is that this hotel is minutes from six flags."
"This was one of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed. I figured that for $80, it would have been a little better.. if I spent just $30 more, I could have stayed in an actual hotel. The comforters had stains on them, the “non smoking” room smelled like weed, and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom floor was wet, there was what I assumed to be coffee all over the bathroom counter. The paint on the door was completely peeled off (and the ceiling). The bathtub was DISGUSTING. Hair in the tub, stains on the wall (what looked like poop). We had just driven 8.5 half hours and needed to shower but it was so disgusting we decided not to. We just needed a place to rest for the night before getting back on the road so we weren’t expecting a 5 star hotel, but this was the nastiest motel. We felt even more dirty just staying there. It was also advertised that there would be breakfast and when we walked in around 8:30, there was nothing there. The guy at the front desk later brought us a frozen sandwich and that was it. Overall horrible experience. Again, our bar was low and we weren’t expecting a super nice place, but for $80, we expected a little more. At least a clean room. It’d be nice to get a refund but I doubt they give those out. I’d suggest spending a little more for a nicer place. Also—internet doesn’t work and there is barely any signal in the rooms. Big problem for those who need to be in contact with people or use their phone."
"Older hotel and rooms. Acceptable for the price though. If you don't mind dingy, this place isn't that bad. The closeness to six flags and a 24/7 convenient gas station just across the road is a plus."
"I was weary from the reviews, but I had a great experience. My room 210 was clean beside me, sanitizing it, the microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Great location next to my aunt. It was well worth the price. Whenever I return back to Austell GA, I will stay there again...."
