"Horrible customer service & lack of communication. Ms. Markella was very unprofessional & made the application process a nightmare. On the day of the “walk through” of the unit we were interested in (the first shown was unlivable & funny enough is the same unit that has a horrible review from around that time) she canceled our application with no valid reasoning. 3 months later I am still trying to get my application fee refund that was said to be 45 days max… very disappointing to see such careless employees drop the ball on something as important as housing… save your self the time & money & look somewhere else."
