"It's a beautiful and well maintained place to live. I love that it's gated, there are side walks for the children to use, they have an adventure center for the children, a pool, a gym, and a "town hall" for social gathering. The ladies in the office are really kind and there's always some type of community event happening. Super pleased to live here."
"This all began 10/26 til the date of 12/18 First “l gave them 4 checkstubs which they stated that’s all they needed then as I was transitioning into a new position which fell through they needed a report which said I was still employed but they couldn’t accept that any longer because I told them I was in a transition understandable so then they needed offer letters from any new employer well a job search background etc goes the way it goes well than “S” for not fully exposing told me I was under income with one of the new jobs and all of a sudden I’m over Income with both being partime literally I’d love to be over income and acted as I didn’t communicate to them all of my application details from the beginning as well which when I think I was qualified for the apartment beforehand and she knew that but I’m assuming for reasons unbeknownst to me. Moving forward one of the young ladies literally thought a good coping mechanism was laughter “T” for not fully exposing whom name may be spelled and pronounced differently which she seemed to have wanted an aggressive reaction while I was being politely a little frustrated being the position and the always changes I was given with each call thought I was hollering while on a car phone expressing frustrations of those different inconsistencies in the process to move by January 1st. So each time it was different requests I really feel these ladies discriminate against their own people because they took me through all these loops and now my landlord may have someone who’s supposed to be taking over and they blame it on different rules they have to go by each time but I understand and send prayers to anyone who may be trying to move here their process definitely should be communicated better and I’ll say I was in the midst of changing jobs after being told by S and T that I’ll need more income and so I started working one part time job and the day I started another being she was stating the first would not be enough they also said they couldn’t count my daughter nor my son income when it mattered but once screening my daughter magically my daughter and son who is under 17 income would be counted the way they don’t communicate and tell you last minute that you’re denied right at two weeks before you have to move out of where you are and get defensive when you’re just expressing to them better ways to go by doing business with their applicants is appalling nonetheless but bliss blessings and prayers black Queens! Now I understand the other reviews they literally knew they was denying me and wasn’t letting me know I had to keep calling until I finally got them on the phone again but God always work everything for His good and this is working for the good of all parties involved but please make sure you’re not ever in between jobs and being drilled because of a temporary season of doing what you have to do to feed your family in spite of! My last time I applied really got me wanting to get this more attention and investigation on how they go by their processes."
"Rude staff and condescending tone no matter how friendly you approach them. Sarcastic and snarky responses(Sherice). If a major change to the access of the property is due to “security reasons”, everyone should be aware. Telling someone to leave the access card in their car when Atlanta has a high rate of break-ins is very rude and off putting. Especially when the solution is “pay $25 for another one then”(front desk agent lady). Everyone should be pleasant with equal respect when having a simple inquiry. Do better"
"This place is a great community. They have programs in place for the young kids up to the 5th grade. Also the community has great upkeep and maintenance moves quick with any repairs needed. No complaints."
"I’ve been a resident for 3 years and I do enjoy the benefits. There are plenty of perks such as the Adventure Center, Food Coop, Fresh Market, Single Parent events, and Town Hall. The only downside is the leasing office treating every resident as if they get government assistance. This community accept funds from 3rd party agencies and the staffing reflects that. I do feel it’s a little on the expensive side, but the perks outweigh that in a sense."
