Upon my move in it was clean and the leasing agent Clarissa really took care of me from the beginning with only two weeks to find a place. There are some residents who will leave trash around from time to time but maintenance makes sure to clean. Very spacious apartments. And neighbors are friendly, at least the ones I have met."

"Family friendly and inviting community. As with all apartment properties a few irresponsible residents are really the only downside. Great location for elementary aged kids as Sanders is an excellent school. Those that do not pick up after dogs and excessively dispose non household items that clutter the trash area are frustrating since trash expense increases with more use. The pool areas are wonderful in the summer and kept very clean. Lots of kids and two park areas for play."
