"Just moved in 2 weeks ago and the manager in the front office is very understanding, however the neighbors that we have living under us they don’t have no type of respect or nothing my brothers have autism and they can’t keep still we have told the neighbors under us they can’t keep still and all they do is cuss and wanted to call the cops. It’s really no need to go through this I understand my autistic brothers can’t keep still but have some type of understanding of the situation we are going through I really hope we have can get another apartment on a lower level"

"Shootings on a regular and nothing done or even attempted to be done about it. Maintenance guys were decent ppl but takes forever to get anything fixed. Constantly changing management. Last management before I moved had the worst attitudes. If you’re not in a bind I suggesting being patient enough to find somewhere else to move."

"The Apartment complex is nice, the maintenance was nice the move out was nice. Everything went smooth. But paying the move out bill is a hassle. They still expect you to get to money order and mail it corporate office to pay out the move out bill. It’s not a huge effort to make online payment option available for customers that moved out. Especially when you have the system in place."

"Don’t move into this apartment complex !!!! I lived there for almost 2 years, Maintence is horrible they don’t ever fix anything. My dishwasher leaked everytime I used it. Kitchen sink pipe would fall off so I had to keep a bucket under the sink. Mildew in the bathroom, tub was painted and it peeled off, back door was broken ( wouldn’t completely close so bug would get in through the cracks) front door lock would stuck to where I couldn’t get in my apartment ( I ended up calling a locksmith and had it replaced myself) hot water heater busted flooded my living room, called the “ emergency” maintenance number and it didn’t work !!! Had to call the previous leasing Manager on her personal phone number to get in contact with someone from maintenance. Had to hire professional carpet cleaner to come vacuum the water up and my apartment still smelled like mildew. They never reimbursed me like they said they would for the carpet cleaning. They are constantly changing management. Each Manger is worst then the last one. Roach infested apartments , trash overflowing at the dumpster, front Gate broken. Cops are always called for gun firing and loud noises. Due to so called renovations they raised the rent to almost $1400 a month from $1100 a month. Even with these “ Renovations” it’s not worth the price increase. Save your money and move somewhere else ."

"I moved in 2 months ago and I absolutely love this place. My apartment unit is clean with modernize fixtures for a luxurious look. The property is clean with the exception of some residents leaving their trash on the outside of the compactor instead of putting it inside. My neighbors are nice and peaceful. We have a Nice view of the lake. The maintenance guys come out to fix things in a timely manner, very polite staff. Ive lived on a property where the staff did not care about the residents or the property and this is not the case. I love it here."
