"I currently live in this location. I have no issues with the staff team. The apartment I moved into? Absolutely disgusting. It was gross from the day I moved in. The more you look the more you find. From hanging ceiling lights to leaking bathroom sinks to solid wood chunks taken out of the little outside patio? Absolutely unacceptable. If I weren't so desperate for a place to live due to having to move so quickly I would NOT have signed a lease here. Please heed my warning and look elsewhere if you want an apartment in once piece, not to mention due to malfunctioning apps and changes in management there was an issue with our payment method which would have left US responsible for the potential late fee. Again. Staff is nothing but helpful and friendly but maybe invest your funding into the buildings and residential satisfaction. I've got a minute and a half video showing how gross our apartment was in move in day. I hope whoever plans on leasing here reads this so they can avoid a whole lot of stress and discomfort. Again I cannot stress enough the maintenance team as well as Brittany and Kendrika (so sorry if I've got any spellings wrong) they are absolutely amazing."

"My son filled out an application here (first time ever filling out an application). He did not uncheck the box to waive the $250 administration fee which should not be collected up front any ways. His application was not approved and they kept his money. I can understand keeping the application fee. But, not the admin fee. When we called the office and asked for the phone number to the corporate office, a young lady named Shendrika told us Emba in NY was the management company. We called Emba and was told they were not the management company. We were also told that Brittany would follow up. I feel like they stole my sons money and hope they make the right choice to return his administration fee."

"Applied for a 2 br. I had to keep calling the office to get a status on my application for about 2 weeks until they finally answered, and said I was denied. And couldn’t even give me a reason on why I was even denied. I’m a. first time mover and all they could say is they didn’t know. They didn’t even try to help or anything. Just a waste of money!"

"Let me start by saying the staff here goes over and beyond for their residents. Brittany is simply AMAZING! She will do whatever she can to help, and I truly appreciate her so much. Maintenance requests get completed in a timely matter, they keep the outside clean, and most of all they communicate with their resident. Since I’ve been living here I have not had one complaint. You will not regret living here go ahead and APPY."
