"The office don’t keep good records of your payments. Money order got record mouths later. Was taken to court 4x for late payments and wasn’t late. Water bill and other extra like sewage went from 38.00 to 180.00. They had to get that five hundred dollars from some where. You pay for spraying of insects n it’s when they allow it. The trash dumpster don’t work so the front entrance is embarrassing. But God is all I’m going to say on this matter in Jesus Christ name Amen."

"Hello I’m writing to express my disappointment since moving into the community: 1. The gate is still broken and has been since February there has been no correspondence to residents regarding any updates or current safety measures if any. 2. Breezeways are dirty I come home everyday to see trash and spider webs all in my building what are the groundsmen or someone doing to take care of this? 3. I keep getting this $200 plus water/sewer bill with no explanation of my charges as to why one person would receive this bill. (March and April when I was gone for the beginning of the month I received the same bill with no adjustments) 4. Maintenance came into my unit got my sink adjustment and left on lights on in my unit. 5. The children in the community spend all hours of the night at the tennis court, fighting, cussing, and screaming. Where is the security during QUIET HOURS??? 6. This is my 5th time writing this and nobody has contacted me. I just don’t feel like this is the place I thought it would be and it is quite upsetting because I know so many people who would want to move in but I cannot recommend them."

"Do not move here unless you like dealing with leaks, mold, and mildew. I have been complaining to the office for over a year now about a leak in my apartment. Everything they patch it up or act like they fix it but they haven't. They don't care about their residents what so ever and don't like to do mantienance."
