"They will have your car towed, not give you a proper reason behind it, and proceed to not tow anyone who parked the same way you did."
"The first year here was great. The office staff was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy I had chosen to live here. Fast forward and I'm now breaking my lease because of how poorly the tenants are treated. Other reviews are correct. Cars are constantly broken into and instead of fixing the gaping hole in the fence (that was supposed to be fixed 18 months ago) or installing additional lighting or cameras, they've done nothing but send out an email reminding us that we are responsible for our own safety. They've also implemented towing. You're only allowed one vehicle and I had two for a short period of time so I had to register it as a guest vehicle every single night or risk being towed. I'm paying $1760 for a 2 bedroom because they increased my rent almost $150 after the first year. I just received a pre-move out inspection notice for tomorrow and they've given me less than 24 hours to prepare. The office managers are rude and defensive right of the bat and that's if they are even in the office to begin with. Stay away!"
"I found out I’m paying the same rate as a friend for a one bedroom apartment as opposed to their two bedroom apartment. We both have year long leases and they moved in only a month before me. The one bedroom I’m in has been pretty awful. My dishwasher was broken when I moved in, the porch had been covered in bugs, my shelving in my pantry broke the first time I bought groceries, the water pressure is awful, and my blinds were broken as well. I also had two wasp nests and a bird nest when I moved in (the bird nest is still here). On top of all that, I was never given a key to the locked storage space on my porch. All of this plus the comparatively smaller space of my apartment is completely ridiculous when compared to my friend’s. I don’t understand why I’m paying around 1330 a month for a 1bdr and my friend is paying around 1350 for a 2bdr. Rates shouldn’t be going up for apartments that aren’t of better quality. When I asked, they said the prices vary daily? That doesn’t make any sense to me and I’m honestly so disheartened living here. I’m a case worker in foster care and I’m barely making ends meet. If I have to pay this much for an apartment, I’d rather have a two bedroom instead. But in order to transfer to a new apartment, I have to wait until I’ve lived here 6 months and then pay a $750 transfer fee. I’m so frustrated right now."
"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s just gone downhill. Maintenance is slow to respond, I complained to them about a leak and super high water bill and they were so rude and never sent anyone to check on the leak. The parking is ridiculous and they have tow trucks come in multiple times a night. My own car was towed randomly. They changed from the parking tag to something online and made no announcement. You’re also only allowed two guests per apartment every 24 hours which is also super dumb if you have roommates. Management is very rude and does not care about any concerns you bring to them. They are barely at work."
"I have been living here for about 6-7 months here and I would like to share my honest experience to help you decide if you are looking at moving to the area. Of the apartments in the area this one is definitely one of the best locations. It’s easy to get in and out of versus the other ones that are on too busy of streets to get out of sometimes. The maintenance team is pretty good. The rest of the crew is great also really helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and I like the layout for an apartment. Im glad it’s a gated community. It helps my family feel safe here. The playground is a little lacking and I wish they would update it. I take my kids and they are bored pretty quickly. Anyway, it’s really a good location and The gym is awesome and they put up a whole bunch of hammocks and benches and those are really nice. Also it feels good to take a walk around around the pond. Do your research and find the best home for you!"
