"St. Francis Cottage is a gem! We so enjoy staying here twice a year, on our way to and from snowbirding in Florida. Nancy and Wallace are beyond gracious. Food, amenities, accommodations are simply the best—and it’s dog friendly! Please do yourself a favor and if you’re in the area, stay here. You won’t want to leave. I am always sad we only stay one night."

"I cannot recommend the St Francis Cottage highly enough. The rooms (we stayed in the Hydrangea room) are beautifully appointed, beds are super comfortable & every possible comfort or need has been anticipated. The best part? The hosts, Nancy & Wallace are kind, thoughtful & generous people who made us feel like family. Oh, and the breakfasts they provide (free of charge) are delicious & extremely generous. The other guests, many of which had been there several times, were wonderful as well, making the visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Where to start??!! My lovely bride and I take a trip for our anniversary every year, always to different locations. We decided this year to visit NE Georgia and then spend most of our time in Chattanooga. Well, we hit the jackpot when we found St. Francis Cottage. We arrived on Thursday and stayed until Sunday morning. We were greeted by Wallace, Nancy and Mini. What a welcome we received. We were given all the information for our stay, a tour of the amazing property and shown to our room, the Monarch. It was even better than what we had hoped for. Peaceful, quiet, clean, quaint and with a great location to all of the places we wanted to visit while in the area. We had amazing breakfasts during our visit and Wallace and Nancy were very accommodating regarding breakfast times and food selection. And I going to tell you, the food was delectable and tongue tantalizing. From warm fruit crisps, fresh fruit, eggs perfectly cooked, eggs benedict, and French toast waffles!! Not to mention the fantastic fresh ground and brewed coffee. It was excellent. Our room had all the amenities and so much more than what we were looking for. Peaceful, comfortable, clean, and the bed was just perfect! Couldn't have asked for more as far as the room goes. BTW, they have thought of everything, and I mean everything. There is actually a table in the foyer that has amenities on it for guest to have if by chance they have forgotten something in their travels. This table came in very handy as I had a little accident and needed some minor medical supplies. Wallace, Nancy and Mini were great hosts. They were very warm and personable. Extremely helpful when we had questions or wanted their input on places to go and places to eat. They are wonderful hosts and are amazing people. I can't think of a single thing that wasn't just perfect as far as the stay. It was amazing. My wife and I highly recommend this B&B to everyone. We will be coming back again!! Sincere thanks to Wallace and Nancy for the amazing stay!! You all have definitely outdone yourselves!!"
