"I can't say enough good things about 5 Points from the amenities, beautiful floor plans, and exceptional customer service. The entire management team TRULY does value the happiness of their tenants which is hard to find. My boyfriend and I started off in a smaller apartment and decided to transfer down the hall to a bigger one - Jasmine Lewis who is the assistant property manager helped us with this process. She exemplified diligence and provided clear and concise information. Beyond that, we ran into a few small issues when it came to paying rent for the new apartment, but once addressed with her - they were resolved within hours. Jasmine does genuinely care and I am happy that we were able to work with her."
