Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place

"Soon as we arrive at the hotel the hostess told us that our power will be shut off from 11pm to 1pm the following day. She said they emailed all the guests about the power outage, however my husband didn’t receive an email or phone call. It was too late to try to find another hotel being that we booked this hotel weeks ago. Once the power outage was over our heat and hot water do along time to warm up. I called maintenance he said it was because of the power outage and to be patient. He was very nice. Eventually the room and water warmed back up. During check out I wanted to be compensated for the hours that I lost during the power outage. The manager Tashia was rude and unsympathetic. She refused to give me any discounts for my inconvenience. I always stay in Embassy suites, because usually their customer service top-tier, but that was not the case in Chattanooga. My experience was not top tier.."

"Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. The pool was warm, which never seems to happen. I would stay here again. We were able to have a late night dinner delivered from Drakes and it was so good."

"The hotel is not only exceptionally clean, but attention is paid to every detail in the room and the staff greet you enthusiastically. I travel often through the state of Tennessee and have stayed in Chattanooga several times at a competing hotel, but from now on this will be my place to stay! Hands-down, the nicest smelling hotel I've experienced in a long time. When I got up to my room, I received a text message asking how the room condition was and if I was happy or if I needed anything. It was not a robotic text. It was a personalized text. Location is excellent with great selections of restaurants nearby and a coffee shop across the road and it doesn't hurt that Ruth's Chris restaurant is attached to the hotel and provides room service! Really nice happy hour and lounge location with full breakfast and omelette bar offering in the morning. I will be back"

"This was a beautiful hotel, it has a Ruth Chris and nothing Bundt cakes below it. The room was well decorated, the showers were in good condition (Not moldy like others I've been too) the breakfast staff was nice I will be recommending this location to others"

"Very great experience for me and my family we had the balcony suite and when I called the Embassy they helped save me some money than what I booked with another service which was fantastic. Entrance to the hotel was wonderful and welcoming the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. One of the top hotels me and my family has ever stayed at so far. Would highly recommend to others. No hot tub but the outdoor fire pit was nice and cozy so it made up for it. Wonderful service by the maids. My son and fiance loved it as well. Only downside was the parking first come first served but honestly I would expect nothing less because of how great the hotel stay was. :)"
