"Undergoing renovation, rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. Heat and air worked well. Location is convenient, and rooms affordable. Front desk is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast included but pretty minimal. Lobby is updated. Room locks are very temperamental, struggled with both rooms. Nothing within walking distance. This is a motel, not a hotel."

"This was my second stay. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use a little TLC. The heat/AC unit worked well. Good value overall."

"Just don't. I guess if you are a hard worker doing a business trip and only need a bed to get some rest and a shower to clean yourself up for one night, then maybe, but otherwise, just don't do it. The staff was professional and friendly, and the hotel, or should I say motel, was located in Chattanooga near the interstate making the location useful, but certainly not scenic like the name may suggest. I have never stayed in a Days Inn this bad. This place is actually a Motel 6, not a Days Inn. I did love the scenic view from my room, a construction dumpster. Oh, the joy and serenity. Upon entering the room, I was quickly transported to Fairbanks, Alaska where the room was colder than the refrigerator in the room. Fear not though, because you can turn the heat on via the thermostat, but fear the cold because several hours later the room was still freezing. Other hotel A/C units would heat such a room to warmth in minutes, but not at this Motel 6, I mean Days Inn. The overall condition of the room is bad from cracked paint, holes in the wall, to a barely working TV remote. And the bathroom vent was very dirty. Probably would have had a better stay inside the construction dumpster. Besides, they had mattresses in the parking lot which were probably more comfortable than the one in the room. Shameful to call this place a Days Inn!"

"I would have left 5 stars because almost everything was perfect about the stay except 1 thing. When I checked in I requested a late checkout and the lady working the desk agreed to let me check out at 12, noon. I was grateful for this and accepted. Unfortunately I was woken up to knocking at my door at 11:05 and was told I had to leave. I explained to the person who came to my room the agreement I had made with the lady from the night before but he said there was no record of this. So at that point I had to pack my bags and leave earlier than anticipated which was very upsetting. Other than that, no complaints though. The rooms and location are nice. I would stay here again."
