"Roach infested place. No matter how many times they say pest control comes the rooms are still infested. They say they clean them before you come yea right the floor stays black. Some of the people there are really nice but alot of drug dealers stay there. The people up front are overall nice except for the manager. She's very rude."

"Was there yesterday decided not to stay there was apparent drug traffic up on 2nd floor was walking by rm 229 girl and black said hey man u smoke I said I don't smoke cigarettes they were not cigarettes the good stuff so i left me and party were going to get 2 rms but left cause of it"

"Stayed here for about 3 months while in between houses. The manager is awesome. The room was clean and well maintained. I had a great stay here and would repeat in a heartbeat"

"This place isn’t worth almost 400$ a week. Bad management. Don’t stay in room 240. It has knocking in the wall all night long due to bad water pipes. I asked could they put me in another room and said I would have to pay 200$ for a room switch when it’s their fault. Wi-Fi doesn’t work and their laundry is always out of order. And they always do random inspections even when you’re not home"

"I have been here for over 3 months and am very happy. My room was clean and in great shape. I have not seen a single bug of any kind. Ricky at the front desk has always been very friendly and helpful. Doug, the maintenance man, is extremely helpful. The couple minor issues I have had have been fixed quickly. He is friendly and very professional. And the same goes for April. I would recommend it here."
