"Very very poor management!! They called me back in April to move in then gave me five different move in dates. When it was finally time For me to move in they never called me to come get my keys I had to call them. I paid my deposit in full then they told me they didn’t know when I would be able to move in after making me some it in my 30 day notice at my current apartment complex. So I had to call my current apartments to see if I could still pay my rent for that month because the manager at the villages Told me she wasn’t sure when I could move in my new apartment that I already paid my deposit for. I finally decided to not move due to lack of communication from the villages and told them I want my deposit back which they agreed to give it back. That was back in June and here it is Almost August and I have yet to get my deposit back. Every time I call they never answer. I have left over 6 voicemails and no one had yet to call me back when all I want is my deposit back so how can I get in touch with corporate?"

"Been here for 6 yrs an it's ok but it's not all that either management sucks!! An maintenance is a mess...really ready to move but I'll wait another yr.."

"my daughter (Alicia B.) went there seeking housing and Ms.Mack made my baby smile gave her hope there cleaning it up glad there getting it together. I' m giving 4 stars because you can see there efforts and when you call they answer and the young lady who answer yesterday was kind best we've seen in while my daughter been on the list 2 years and some people would just be mean for no reason thanks for your hospitality ladies all 3 ladies were kind. You never know what a person is going threw and kindness can bring a smile my daughter has stage lllc breast cancer and is down most days but last Monday she smiled just about most that day."

"The worst mangment office ever..put in app last summer2016.. I was put on waiting list..been there ever since July 2016.....then I call IAM 30 on waiting list..call again few weeks later 45 how I go backwards.. then when u call you get hung up on or simply disconnected"
