Went there for an application to be completed and the staff either didn’t understand the situation or what the case might have been but they basically turned me away cause I filled out my application as a disabled student even though after explaining I wasn’t a student at this very moment they didn’t wanna hear it. So basically they take your application $ and screw u out of it without knowing the facts!"

"I have never in my life met people who are supose to be the management in charge of an apartment complex act as rude as these people do. They act like your bothering them if you attempt to call or contact them in any way. Its really sad because the inside of the apartments are very nice for the price and the people who live there are mostly friendly. I would say 8 out of 10 residents are nice people and the ones that arent are easy to avoid. The beat thing they could do is fire everyone in that office and hire a new staff. If they did that my 1 star would go to 4 stars or maybe 5!!"

"Multiple kids playing in the street all the time that don't really care about your commute and are in no hurry to get out of the way. This goes on constantly. If your going to build a complex of this size, kids have to have a place to play besides the MIDDLE of the street. Before the 7 story complex on the other side of the interstate gets built, you better get these kids under control. The playtime in the street has to end or your children are going to be subject to intolerant drivers and road rage."

"I contacted this apartment and was put on the waiting list for vacancies and was informed that I will receive a call once an apartment was available. Never received a call, I had to contact them. Before believing in this woman's word, I should've known better once I witnessed her rude interaction with a current resident. The manager is also extremely rude and/or aggressive when she answers the phone. I put in my notice on my current apartment due to her telling me I had been approved for a unit. Moved out of my apartment, put my things in a storage and awaited a move in date. Never received one, was constantly informed how the day was this day and then that day. Myself and the manager communicated via email due to her not answering the phone. Sometimes it takes her days to weeks to return email. Almost, 2 months of me waiting for a move in date, she informed me that I was over the income. Mind you, I was residing with a friend while waiting for this apartment to become available in the next week like she continuously informed me. One minute she need my VOE, then the next, banks statements. Not only did I waste my time, she caused me great stress and money. I am now desperately seeking an alternate apartment due to her poor management and lack of judgement. I am aware of individuals who reside there with luxury cars and etc but I am denied due to a couple hundred dollars. I do not understand how someone can devalue someone's time and mental health. This post deserves zero stars. I will also be contacting BBB. This company needs to seek better management or else this complex will be without residents. I am displeased."
