"Overall the experience was less than average, at best. It was clear that consistent cleaning is not being done. The inside of the hotel, hallways and carpet are dark and outdated. The elevator looked like the walls, doors, floors, ceilings had not been cleaned recently. The door to our room was dirty when we arrived, the appliances in the room had not been wiped down. The dining chairs had not been wiped down. There were smudges and stains and old dried up liquid on all of these items. The toilet did at least look clean so I appreciated that. Overall, it didn’t feel like a clean place, with no attention to detail in the cleaning regime. Some of the towels and wash clothes looked dingy. The staff were nice. I also didn’t appreciate the barking dogs but that’s what I get for picking a place that allows animals. I'm unpleasantly surprised that this is a Marriott Bonvoy location."

"After reading reviews I was a little worried mainly about the theft. Traveling alone once after speaking with Rae she told me of the action they took to keep the property safe.. Patrick & William were awesome.. above and beyond customer service, Refreshing...TY.. Only thing I'd say make furniture arrangement more guest friendly.. I broke my toe on that large TV table that separates the bed from living area.."
