"This hotel was one of my favorites when they first opened. It's really gone downhill in the past few months. The customer service is very lacking. The room cleanliness for our last stay was atrocious. My wife and I stayed on February 11, 2024. Upon entering the room there were cough drop wrappers on the floor, the amenity bottles in the bathroom were empty, and there was a fake fingernail on the floor next to the bed. When we went to go to sleep that night, both beds had human and pet hairs under the duvets. It's obvious that the bed linen is not being changed daily. At breakfast all of the juice containers were empty. The employee seemed very nonchalant when this was brought to her attention. We don't plan on staying here again. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone."

"The room we had was clean and the bed amazingly comfortable. Definitely a good value for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness room was clean and well appointed. The area was are and quiet and well lit. The only complaints we had were the noises from the room above us.....kids running across the floor until late.....and the skimpy breakfast offerings.....there was only Jimmy Dean sandwiches, some pre-made omelet, and yogurt offered. Some fresh fruit and cereals would have been a step up and given a few choices. But overall a good stay for the price."

"All staff encountered at the hotel provided great service. The price was good and the room (308) worked for an overnight stay. We had dove products in the shower/ bathroom which was nice. The beds were pretty firm and comfortable for us. The breakfast options were quick grab, but were good ( jimmy dean sausage biscuit, yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, cereal). The apple juice was like water, but the staff changed it immediately for us and also put cartoons on the TV for my kiddos. Negatives ( for me) : the tv in the room had 11 channels total. There was literally only sports or news to choose from when we tried to watch it. There is no smart platforms built in and the TV would not cast from my phone (for Netflix) even though it said to connect for “cast.” The shower pan had a huge crack in it ( like 15+ inches long) and we didn’t have a trash can in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness of the hallways, elevator, and trash disposals was terrible!!! The 3rd floor hall was filthy and needed to be vacuumed. The conditioner bottle in our shower was completely empty and it didn’t matter what I did to the shower to try to turn it off, it dripped all night. The trash cans in the breakfast area were all overflowing . Our room did not have a microwave, which made an extra trip down to the lobby. We would not choose to go back though if other options were available at the same price point. Overall, it seemed like cleanliness isn’t a priority here and perhaps some employees don’t take pride in keeping the facility up…"

"My sister gave us this so I don't want to complain but there are a few things that you need to know. Room was dirty. Floor had not been swept. Shower was dirty. Hair in sink. TV did not work. No coffee in room but they do have great coffee, hot tea and hot cocoa in the lobby 24 hours. No hot breakfast but plenty to choose from. Healthy option."

"This was my first time at an Avid hotel, and it was nice. Given the price and aesthetics, I'm assuming this line of hotels is aimed at being modern and affordable, which they definitely accomplished. If you look closely, you can tell some of the finishing isn't quite as neat or clean as you would see in a more expensive hotel, but that's nitpicking, and maybe it was just in our room (305). They have all Dove toiletries mounted on the walls, which was nice. The water pressure was solid and the mattress was comfortable. The free coffee was really good, and the free breakfast had a lot of options, including name brand Chobani yogurt. Definitely would recommend for budget friendly accommodations."
