"Clean rooms at a great price! Has a fridge and microwave. Bed is not the best! Friendly manager, nice property well maintained perfect for the out of town working man! I will be going back next year! Can't beat it for the price."

"Front desk staff was awesome! Beds/pillows were comfy. Breakfast was a joke do not depend on eating there make sure you have time to pick up something. Lots of restaurants close by tho including chick fil a, cookout, KFC, IHOP etc. Half drank bottled soda left in fridge, broken mirror."

"Room was okay, you could tell they never cleaned around or under anything. Out of sight, out of mind. The smell was off but not terrible. The housekeeping staff consisted of two people who were doped up on something. You will not sleep in here and will probably end up with scratches on your car due to a guy with a leaf blower every morning at 8 a.m. He spends hours blowing off the parking lot."

"Worst lodging experience ever. I've stayed over at budget hotels many times. This one is by far the worst of the worst. Roaches, no toilet papers, broken microwave, room can't be darkened, too congested bathroom, not enough towels, unclean carpet, a/c is too close from one of the two beds and isn't cooling the room evenly, it's so bad that a person unable to sleep in the adjacent bed as it's directly blowing, ugh! Was too late to cancel the reservation, otherwise wouldn't continue staying. Pay extra few bucks and live anywhere else. Trust me, you'll regret if you ever end up here. Adding to the previous comment: Don't get me started with breakfast. There was no such thing they had that can be considered hot. When we went there, there was no one and they were out of it. Came to front desk and let them know about the situation. A maid wearing her sleepwear came and put some cold scrambled egg into the buffet container which was lying in bottom part of the container. In the freezer, there was a old milk gallon with very little leftover milk at the bottom of the gallon and same for orange juice."

"Great room for the price. Clean, smelled good, and they had laundry for guest. You can also walk to about 10 different restaurants. Owner very nice, and you can tell they take pride in property; outside is nicely painted, and they also have an area outside with wrap around setting for watching a TV they have and a little grill for you to use. Had a nice breakfast, I had expected only muffins and toast but they had scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles etc.."
