"I chose this hotel because we needed a full fridge and it was a little cheaper than the home2. But I wish I would've just went with the home2. This hotel reaked when you walked in but it did look nice. But then the hallways were falling apart and the bedroom was disgusting. The couch had stains all over it and looked very dirty. I didn't even let my kids sit on it. There were dirty towels hanging over the shower. Holes in the curtains.The room needs some updating and just seemed very dirty. The staff was very nice and breakfast was a good hotel breakfast. But overall I don't think I'll ever stay here again. I'll opt for the little more expensive hotel."

"Please take GOOD care of Kim at the front desk! She is an absolute delight and the company can thank her for this 5 star review. I usually hate having to call the front desk for assistance, but it almost feels like calling an old friend when she’s on the phone. I’m a young female traveling out-of-state by myself, which can oftentimes be scariest for me when I’m first arriving at a new hotel. She put me at ease the moment I stepped in with her upbeat energy! I was exhausted from a 12 hour drive through a snow storm, but she checked me in quickly and got me excited about my stay here. As a matter of fact, I’m so happy here that I just extended my stay for an extra week. Thanks, Kim!"

"I stayed at this hotel on Tuesday January 2nd 2024 and overall it was ok. But what was wonderful is this housekeeper I think may of been Donna and some guy.. Donna was headed out the when I stopped her not knowing she was already off work but I asked her if I could get a change of sheets and she politely stopped what she was doing and accommodated my needs even went in the room and changed them for me!!!!! She is Awesome sauce very friendly!!!! if only all workers had her type of attitude, the world would be so much better!!! I have to say she's the only reason I stayed at the hotel, because everybody else was not polite as her.. Thank you Miss Donna for changing my sheets!!"

"Bathroom floor was filthy, shower doors had mold on them. Room wasn't clean, furniture had rips in cushion, window was open and wouldn't close. Cancelled another reservation I had for this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Staff was friendly and helpful, I did get a lower rate because of the issues but I'd rather have a clean room."

"The staff and management here are truly 5 star. You will always feel at home here. They go above and beyond to make your stay incredible and memorable. The hotel itself is also great and close to everything. But the Sales Director Renee and the rest of the staff go that extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Chattanooga whether for business or leisure."
