"No towels in room so we asked for towels and they wouldn't bring us any till the next morning and we still didn't get them, the coffee pot in the room had no filter tray, the blow dryer in the bathroom did not work, some of the plugins in the walls did not work, the heating and air system did not have heat, the continental breakfast had nasty coffee, no juice or any of the foods it was supposed to have except a muffin and granola bar, the waffle maker wasn't working, this shower head was broke, and there were roaches. Also my fiance overheard another customer complaining and one of the workers said you get what you pay for when you do the discounts online you don't get the best rooms. The outside looks like a nice motel until you got in and also we smelled weed when we walked past one of the rooms."

He was very friendly and accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. "Very small staff, very professional and very nice. And they will work with you given certain situations. Location is excellent lots of things to do and places to eat around some within walking distance. Indoor pool is always a nice touch. Laundry room is coming soon so that is something that will definitely add to the place. You can tell they are working on upgrading and cleaning up the hotel. They have smart flat screen TVs in the rooms. The accessibility room has a wheelchair accessible all tile bathroom which was a godsend. Like almost every other hotel in the area, bugs exist. They're diligently working on exterminating them. A quick heads up to the front desk and within minutes she had someone going to the room check and take care of the issue. All in all it's not a bad stay."
