Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga 2345 Shallowford Village Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421

"Overall we were happy with our stay. Room as expected, bed comfortable, a little wear and tear but hey. However, the room’s blinds let in way too much light (there was a street lamp outside of our window) and the curtains are only for aesthetics - you can’t physically move/draw them. Breakfast good. Staff lovely. Communal areas nice although the “bar” isn’t a working bar, seemingly, so if you want a drink you may need to go elsewhere."

"Pretty dang good spot! I usually stay here when I’m working in Chattanooga. Rooms are nice and beds are comfy, good tv channels and access to lookout mountain area. Also right off the highway for easy ~8-10 minute access to downtown. And great, healthy breakfast options! A rare find in a lot of hotels"

"Great service. Was not able to do a phone reservation same day to get there but was given a discount. Very nice rooms. Use exercise room was nice. Breakfast could have been better. Cold really strong, sausage greasy and scrambled eggs mushy. Otherwise enjoyed our one night stay."

"Checked in around 8 pm. Front desk person not very efficient. Either new or not very good. Told her I was AAA but she told me she had put in regular rate and didn't know how to change it. Told me to check in the morning. Said it was only a few dollars anyway. Got up at 5 am for a long drive and stopped by the desk. Spoke to night audit/front desk clerk who said she had locked my folio at 3 am and "nothing she could do ". Needed to speak to manager. When does he come in?? Oh he doesn't like to come in early, maybe 10 or 11. But I'll leave him a note to fix it and get in touch with you. Now Sunday. Haven't heard a thing. Is this really a Marriott property??? It isn't run like one. It is only a few dollars but I qualify for the discount, ask for it and didn't receive it due to laziness, incompetence, poor management or poor training. Their problem is now my(and other guest's) problem."

"Perfect stop traveling round trip to and from Florida. Both nights accomodating for us and our little dog. Counter staff and breakfast bar staff helpful and personable. Beds were made w/ fresh clean sheets & comfortable, and hotel is right off the highway. Would recommend this one. (Stayed Nov 2023)"
