"If i could leave 0 stars I would. My sister has been coming here and they always so quick to cancel appointments when they show up 5 mins late. But they don’t take accountability when they make her wait so long and they just say that they can’t take her in because they don’t have assistants. BE BETTER!"

"What an awful experience I've had with this office. I called to see if my daughter could be seen on one of my days off of work. To my surprise, they had an opening, and I was told she was scheduled for 1 p.m. I thought that was great. However, I checked my email at 11 a.m. for the confirmation just to realize that she had been booked for 11 a.m. I was around the area and made it to the office before 11:15 a.m. but was told they don't have a grace period and could add her to the 1 p.m. appointment slot. The nurse who did her cleaning for her initial consultation did not speak to my daughter, did not warn her about anything, and was very short. My daughter wasn't crying or anything, but even I, As an adult, like to know what someone is doing as a heads up or warning in my mouth. The doctor who came to review her images said she needed one tooth extraction and cavity fillings. He did not go over how many, or what to expect, or options that we had. There were no details expressed. He prescribed her amoxicillin for the tooth that needs to be extracted again with minimal explanation. Typically, amoxicillin is prescribed to be taken BID instead of TID. When I realized this, I called the office to see if it could be changed to work with our schedule. I spoke with a nurse who did not seem to actually take down a message or my daughter's information and just hung up on me. I never got a call back regarding the change in frequency. Today will be the last time I am disrespected by this office, as I will not step foot in there again. Me and my daughter went in to have her tooth extracted in addition to fillings (which is what the initial doctor told me). When I signed all the forms, I had a few questions. The male at the front desk (the only staff member I had a pleasant experience with this practice) broke everything down and advised me on an insanely different treatment plan. I told him that I was not interested in her getting silver crowns and that I would just like to move forward with the tooth extraction. He let me know that wouldn't be possible and that the doctor could talk with me. Instead of the doctor, I was consulted by a nurse who had a defensive demeanor and was the rudest staff member I had encountered in this office. Her name was Tiffany, and she was also very short. I said I would get a second opinion and proceeded to leave. I overheard her ask the man at the front desk what was needed which is confusing… how are you advising someone without knowing what is needed? No one in this office seems like they want to be there or care for the patients. Anyway, I will get a second opinion from a more up-to-date and professional office and add to this review to see if the treatment aligns (I highly doubt it will)."

"The customer service was excellent. staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend the Chamblee(Buford Hwy) location. The office manager (Sergio) has created a pleasant environment for patients and staff. The lobby was kept clean and the noise level was perfect. My daughter has been coming here since 2010 now 13 years old, and she loves it here. Doctors are always helpful in explaining treatment."

"My kids had an 11 o’clock appointment I had my daughter to take them because I had to work. She arrived at 11:10 and was told they cannot be seen because 11 o’clock appts don’t have a grace period. Which I was never advised of. When asked can I have something in writing to state that the manager Sergio stated that’s something that should be common sense. After that they said well she have to have consent to bring them when I have never been told this my husband has took them twice in the past and no one said anything about a consent form. I will never take my kids back to this dentist. Franklin definitely need a more professional staff what real manager would use common sense when every service has a grace period if this time is held special it should be advised when an appointment is made."
