"This is the worst dental office that I've ever been to! My mother scheduled an appointment for me YESTERDAY and we first had to fill out some forms but they put the wrong insurance and address down then had to sit there for an hour and we couldn't even get my appointment in because apparently the insurance was still pending!!!! We had to reschedule for today and we had to fill out ANOTHER form and waited another 20-30 minutes. I finally get called and because I'm over the age of 4, my own MOTHER couldn't come back with me. I get weighed and get the x-ray of my teeth done, and I had to sit for 20 MINUTES because the dentists that were supposed to be helping were barking and yapping.After 20 minutes, I finally got a dentist, the first one was nice and super gentle and explained why my teeth were bothering me so much (give her a raise)but the other one (the actual dentist) was really pushy, DIGGING FOR GOLD with the floss, and kept telling me to "open wider" even though I was opening my mouth as it would go and she was STILL telling me it wasn't wide enough. I told her that I tasted blood while she was "flossing"and she said that I didn't floss enough as if she wasn't CUTTING INTO MY GUMS. Me and my mother will NEVER come back to this Dental office again."

"Females at the front is entirely rude! They don’t have no type of customer service, they have attitude like the things you ask isn’t their job. The wait time is INSANE. You’ll be there for hours and if you come 1 minute late? It’s a really big deal. But if your early to your appointment you won’t get seen til 2 hours later."

"The doctor is 1 hour and 30 minutes late and counting. It started with 15 minutes late. The staff make an announcement to every 30 minutes asking us to reschedule. Who has time to keep taking off work. With the high volume of traffic that comes through these doors daily why not have more than one doctor on staff? I try to support franchises in the community but this is not a good look. And they will be blowing my phone up to reschedule if I walk out of here or miss an appointment. They do it all the time."

"Ghetto an unprofessional. I had an 11am appointment I arrive at 10:58 .. their handicap parking is literally in the opposite side of the building to the entrance and that’s where I have to park because my injuries I get in there at 11:02 just for them to chit chat amongst each other before even dealing with me and my child then they say sorry no grace period 11:00 might I add it’s 11:05 by time they tell me this .. it’s fine tho my child and I will certainly find better . If I could rate 0 stars I would ."

"What a ghetto of an office. I mean I guess I shouldn't expect much being they are on Old national Hwy. when I started coming here it was much better but of course everyone is blaming their poor excuse of service on the pandemic. You have mean girls running the office. Every time you arrive they say they are not servicing adults on that day after you made the damn appointment in the office. Like how is that even possible???. At the very least pick up the phone to notify a patient if their appointment is going to be cancelled. Hell it's at least 6 girls sitting at the front desk like a damn sorority hangout, someone has to know how to use a phone to properly communication. The managing staff is even poorer. No one takes any accountability for the fact they are abusing ppls time and abusing their power by not even acknowledging their mishaps. I hate it here and I hope this office closes down they all lose their damn jobs. They don't deserve em. They deserve to get treated how they treat others,"
