Demetra I think that's her name is very gentle on the gums and she made me laugh alot. And Mrs. Clark well I can see why this is her office she really did take care of her patients. I love my new dentist location."

"I would not recommend this dentist office AT ALL. I paid for 2 teeth to get pulled. After the 1st tooth, I didn’t want them doing any more work. They refused to refund my money. Then sent me a bill claiming I owe more money. These people are rude, unprofessional, and their work is just bad. If you choose this office , you have been warned. "It was a great experience with the staff they are very knowledgeable and engaging. I never had a tooth pulled in 49 years, I was very nervous about having my first tooth pulled by a new dentist. When I say they made me feel comfortable “I mean Lazy Boy comfort.” The Dr. with her Hands of experience. Her assistants answered my every question eagerly. Ah man hands down 5 star.."

"Today was our second visit to Greenbriar Dental. I will start by saying the office staff and techs are wonderful. They are very kind and knowledgeable. During our cleaning last week, they encouraged us to schedule an appointment for our daughter to have two cavities filled. She’s 9 and its her first time having a cavity. It was not recommended for us to see a pediatric dentist, as they accommodated children and families at their location. We prepared her for what to expect and paid extra for Nitrous Oxide. I was allowed to go back during the anesthesia process and would return to the waiting room for the procedure. My daughter had questions, as she wanted to be informed. She did well with the Nitrous, topical numbing cream and the shot at the bottom of her mouth for numbing. She said it hurt some and was a little nervous about the needle for the top. When it was time for the dentist to put the needle in the top, she put her hand to mouth and said can I have a minute. The dentist immediately said no she needs to see a pediatric dentist. She stopped the procedure there. My daughter was not crying, screaming, hitting, kicking, etc. There was no patience or empathy from the dentist at all! We were very disappointed in her decision and actions. She went to get the referral and once she returned she said she could try again. I advised this office was not suitable for our family’s needs. My daughter was apologizing saying mommy I’m sorry if I was mean. I told her she was not and no need to apologize for normal feelings and reactions. As a parent if she was out of line I would apologize and make her do so as well. The situation upset me so much. My husband is canceling is future appointment and the work I need done will be done elsewhere. I appreciate the kindness shown by the other staff and nurses. I do not remember that doctor. I do not believe she is the primary doctor, however. I have not met her and encourage others to possibly schedule exclusively with her."
