"I have been going to this office for over 5 years. I showed up to my most recent appointment at 8:00 and received a text when i was parking to go in that my appointment had been canceled due to the technician calling out. I never received a phone call. I tried to reschedule for something within the next 4 weeks and was told there was nothing available until January. I asked if they could make an exception since i scheduled the cleaning 6 months ago and the front desk associate was extremely rude and unapologetic. Disappointing after being a patient here for so long that I have been treated this way. Will be taking my business elsewhere."
