"When my dentist contacted them to obtain my procedure history, they told them that I had a past-due balance. I called them, and they explained that they had not received payment from the dental insurance for a procedure dating back 1.5 years ago. I contacted the dental insurance, and they stated that Laser Dentistry had not provided them with accurate information, including the tooth number, which is why they did not make the payment and since they wait for more than one year they will not accept the revised claim any longer."
