"Great experience as usual. Today I had my 6-month cleaning with the hygienist and check-up with Dr. Dancy. All looks good! My appointment was at 2 pm. I didn’t have to wait long for them to call me to the back. All of my questions were answered."

"Mrs. Sandra is the BEST part of that office. She is a constant professional when it comes to what she does. However, the surrounding staff lacks courtesy and professionalism that I demand as a loyal patient. During a simple cleaning, Mrs. Sandra was interrupted on the front and back end of my procedure. I was then left for 30+ minutes in an office waiting for a dentist to come and share the results of e-rays. I ended up checking out after 12pm for a 10:30 appointment to have my teeth clean. The actual procedure was less than 20 minutes! You all MUST do better!!! Please consider placing policies in place that would be more efficient for schedule patients and prioritize those patients to retain them. I highly recommend that signs (Do not disturb) be utilized during procedures."
