"Dr. Jennie Austin is my dentist and I am so glad that I found her! I had another dentist that I was extremely happy with but she eventually retired. Then I panicked because I thought I would not be able to find another dentist that I liked and trusted as much. Well, Dr. Austin was in the same practice so I decided to give her a try after finding out she had something like ninety five 5 Star ratings. Let me tell you, she is great and I highly recommend her. She is a high caliber dentist. For me that means I feel she REALLY knows her stuff, she pays attention to details and she has great chair side manners. I really like how she explains things and makes sure you understand. She doesn’t make you feel rushed, like she’s in a hurry and doesn’t have time for further questions. That was also very important to me because I was used to this kind of treatment from my previous dentist and she did not disappoint. She is very friendly and she makes you feel right at home and that is so important to me because having dental work done always makes me feel nervous at first. She actually sent me a handwritten “welcome” card. I thought that was so thoughtful of her! That was my first time receiving a thank you card from a doctor. It is also very important to me that the office and equipment are very clean and sanitized as well. That is a priority for them, everything is spotless and sanitized, so that puts me at ease. The office staff is great! The ladies are so very friendly and yet professional. They were there when I used to go to my previous dentist. It is nice to have that continuity because they are wonderful ladies that I trust and they really know their stuff. I am very happy as a patient and I can’t see myself going any where else. Dr. Austin is the one for me!"
