"I spoke to the staff the previous day and was told it was recommended that I get there early for emergency extractions. I got there at 9am and was told to come back at 1. Upon arrival I was made to wait a hour and a half.I literally fell asleep waiting to be seen. I asked for a copy of my X-ray and was told I couldn’t get them because their internet was down. I called later that evening to see if the internet was back working, I was told I had to not only pay a fee for an email of my X-ray but I’d also have to come back and do it in person. That would make 3 times in one day I was expected to drive back and forth to this dentist. I asked if they could waive the fee for the inconvenience and never received a response. This place seems to have no structure and I’m completely disatisfied!! I seen the reviews and went anyway so please read and BELIEVE the reviews."

"Dr. Padolsky's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired, and every time I come it somehow ends up being a huge chunk of money, and I just can't trust that I'm not being taken advantage of at least a little bit. The nail in the coffin for me was watching him berate an employee who was doing their best, and I just can't support that. He's got great staff, but I just can't support someone who treats their employees that way."

"I had a broken tooth and he was amazing! His staff is more of an internship but they were all lovely and pleasant. My daughter took and interest in my dental x-ray, and he took the time to not only train a new intern but show my daughter some things. We also had a trained dental assistant as well in the room. I will definitely be going back after this emergency visit."

"I absolutely regard this office highly because, they have Saturday hours which are generally reserved for urgent care and cleanings. Atlanta Dental Group overall has accommodated me nicely. I must comment on the review on how Dr Padolsky treats his staff. His staff are all efficient and hard working as is Dr Padolsky. I would term him as a passionate individual. Everyone must attend to their own concerns in regard to how they are treated. His staff has the choice to stay or leave if they feel mistreated. They should have their own conversations with him. No one is perfect; we all react differently when we are hardworked. I have never personally been mistreated by any staff member and I have been a patient for a few years now. The facility is clean and tidy. The staff is great and attentive. Dr. Padolsky is personable and has even kidded around with me on occasions. Please come and make your own analysis."
