"Excellent service in every way. The office is well maintained, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted by name when I walked through the door. I was escorted to the room shortly after I arrived. Excellent dental service, Dr. Patel addressed every dental issue of concern. He is friendly and easy going and sensitive to his patient’s needs. The dental assistant friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I asked. Great experience!"

"Typically, I refrain from leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience, primarily due to interactions with the Latina woman at the front desk. Todd, on the other hand, has been exceptionally pleasant. However, the demeanor of the Latina lady when explaining the treatment plan and associated costs is concerning. Her attitude comes across as condescending, often accompanied by smirks and under-the-breath laughs, particularly when addressing billing inquiries. She speaks in a patronizing manner, lacking empathy or understanding, solely focused on payment concerns. This approach makes patients feel inadequate and undervalued, especially when seeking clarification on insurance and billing processes at 19th Street. I was referred to this office by a friend who had a positive experience, but the behavior of this front desk staff member makes me contemplate switching dental practices. Her unpleasant and self-important demeanor is unsuitable for a patient-facing role. Additionally, the practice's billing process, where the bill is presented after treatment, seems counterintuitive. Patients should be informed of treatment costs upfront to better plan financially and avoid complications. Despite these issues, Dr. Park and Khadijah (apologies if misspelled) have been exceptional, displaying empathy, knowledge, and helpfulness throughout. I highly recommend their services. However, it's crucial to steer clear of the front desk lady. Perhaps she could benefit from empathy or cultural competency training to improve her interactions with patients and address any biases. :)"
