"**UPDATED** 2/7/2024: My pleasant experience has quickly soured! I received 2 text messages and 2 emails confirming my appointment this morning. However, when I arrived for my appointment the facility was locked (30 minutes after the office opens, and in 40 degree weather). Once the tech came to the door, she politely let me know she got a text that all appointments are canceled this morning and no doctors will be in. This is completely inconvenient, especially for working professionals who must make accommodations at work. I also did not receive ANY notification of this before I arrived. She was also confuse and even noted that she still saw my appointment in the system. 2/1/2024: I had a wonderful consultation today with Dr. Patel! She was very thorough and I felt very confident and comfortable with her treatment plan. I am looking forward to my next visits!"

"Came in for a cleaning after it had been rescheduled on their end. I was able to accommodate their new availability no fuzz. This morning I called to move my appointment, however I didn't need to because the time worked on my end. Well, when I get there, they tell me that they took a walk in because my appointment was at a different time. She asked me what I wanted to do, if I wanted to wait she couldn't give me a time that the cleaning would be done, not once did she mention other times that would work. All I said to her was we are done here, and i left. As I am leaving she screams sarcastically have a nice day bye. I find that completely disrespectful. This place has made so many mistakes I've witnessed dentist and staff arguing in front of patients. It takes alot for me to complain. This today was the last time I ever come to this place. They don't know what they are doing, and I don't trust them. I will be finding a new dentist and hope you don't make the same mistake I did."

"I didn’t know what to expect when having a deep cleaning but the experience was awesome. They explain each step and was very knowledgeable in helping me with my care plan. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Quinn and his assistants are amazing! The best when it comes to implants. The office could use upgrades. The internet was down and I had to leave my card number. The equipment in the room is dated and broken. I am giving 5 stars for Dr. Quinn and team. I am giving the office 2 stars for the broken equipment. The small suction tip kept falling off. The light could not adjust properly and equipment is just too old. Dr. Quinn is the best!"
