"I had some health issues while I was in the waiting room before my appointment. Dr. Love and his staff were all very concerned and took care of me while we waited for my son to arrive. I was able to reschedule my appointment for the next day without any penalty."

"I’m disappointed with my experience today. I too have not had the best experience with the admin team. One person in particular, the lady that sits off to the side, assuming she may be the office manager. She was unprofessional, pushy n dismissive. I will give kudos to the young lady n gentleman that stepped in to recover a situation she was poorly handling they were professionals. Unfortunately I’m so bothered by how she handled things that l don’t want to be a patient at this office anymore. This is unfortunate that the ball keeps dropping in this area considering my interactions with the Dr and hygienist was great."

"I have been going to Dr. Love for 10 yrs. He is great and the hygienist is great too but I can’t deal with the admin office. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I am disappointed with recent customer service and appt. scheduling. I will be changing providers next year. We moved away from midtown (40 min commute) and today I drove for cleaning and x-ray for my 8am appointment and it was canceled. I called a month before asking if it can be moved but was told “no”, so I asked to keep it but apparently it wasn’t. We are too busy to be dealing with this. If I was a no show they would charge me $100 but when they cancel my appt. I get “I am sorry” and next date at the end of January. I am going to miss my semi annual cleaning."
