"Gosh I was in a bind when I called Aspen. They were absolutely amazing. My crown broke off my tooth and my regular dentist was ill. I had a flight out the next day for a big business presentation and needed that crown put in bad. I called at 2pm they gave me a 4pm and I was walking out by 5:30pm with the crown cemented back in and a plastic flapper to keep it in until I got back from my trip and could go back to my regular dentist. I didnt have any upsells or anything done I felt unnessecary. They even had nice tvs over the dental chair you could watch while there. If I lived near this location I would make Aspen my go to dentist. Thank you team!"
"Absolutely shady business practices. I went in for 2pm appointment today for some mild tooth pain. Took almost 2 hours to see anyone. After 3 hours of being there, i am still in pain since they did no work. Finally after getting examined, i was told all i needed was a filling re-done for the hurting tooth, and also a loose crown to be recemented. No big deal right? I have insurance that would cover almost eveything. After that, they take me into a waiting room to wait to speak to their "financial consultant" aka salesperson, who tries to tell me i would be paying nearly $1500 for this out of pocket, after my insurance's $1000 max limit is used. I was in shock as to how this could be so expensive for something so minor. Then the "consultant" told me they were including a deep cleaning into my treatment plan, which costs nearly $1700. I told her i would like to just get the emergency work done (what is actually causing pain as we speak), and that i could do the cleaning another time. She tells me it is their "policy" to not perform any other treatments until they complete the deep cleaning. Absolute criminal behavior. When i asked her for someone at corporate to speak with, she gave me a phone number that didn't work and told me they are "privately owned and can make their own rules/policies". I have reported them to the Georgia Board of Dentistry and am submitting a complaint with the ADA as well. I also found their corporate number online (since she gave me some other number that didnt work), and submitted a ticket for a regional manager to contact me."
"Angela, who manned the front desk, was truly exceptional. She consistently kept me updated on my status during my visit and made the extended wait worthwhile. The office seems to have a fantastic team. I'll definitely return!"
"I had a positive experience at Aspen Dental during my follow-up for two tooth extractions. The staff was friendly, recalling me from my initial visit. The extraction process was nearly painless, and I appreciated the efficient yet unrushed service."
"I was offered an overly expensive treatment plan for my cleaning. $350+ out of pocket for a cleaning, and the remainder insurance would take care of. Also, offered a $100+ electric tooth brush. They extracted two of my wisdom teeth last year for a less money and did well. The staff is nice and professional. However, my minor bleeding at the gums and normal plaque did not need the plan that they were trying to upsell to me. I wasted money on an extra X-ray/ exam for the year, out of pocket. I’m 22, my teeth have been cleaned for the past 18-19 years twice a year with another dentist. I’ve only had one cavity ever. So it was price gouging in my opinion by the hygienist. Another type of cleaning should have been an option. I declined their offer and will receive a cleaning elsewhere with fair prices that can meet my dental needs."
