"Great service very nice staff and Dental Hygienist. They really come through for me again and again. I started seeing them in 2021, I went there for second opinion after I was quoted a very high price by another dentist who didn't really want to take my insurance ( due to low reimbursement he said) He wanted me to pay out of pocket for 4 Wisdom teeth, even though my insurance would have covered it 100%, he also wanted me to get extra work done, but Dr. Butler said I didnt need to do them now and his quote for future services was less. Dr. BUTLER also help me find a dental surgeon who would accept my insurance and not charge me extra. I got my 4 wisdom teeth out at the Oral surgeon whom Dr. BULTLER RECOMMENDED without having to pay over $1400 out of pocket. Then my follow-ups with Dr. Butler and staff were all handled very professionally and expediently. He now sees my whole family. THANK YOU so much, DR. Butler and Staff!"

"A friend and I were visiting Georgia when she got an abscess tooth. We were referred to Frank ButlerDDS by a close friend. We were able to get her in almost immediately, which we were grateful for. However when my friend was introduce to the dentist he was extremely RUDE and condescending. He proceeded to talk horrible about the state/straightness her teeth were in. She has Invisalign and he acted as if her teeth were never going to be straight, when that was not even the reason were. He didn’t so much as try to fix her issue. Just wrote her a script for an antibiotic and ibuprofen and sent her on her way. His rudeness was unnecessary. I am all for a Dr that is somewhat rude but great at their skill, which I felt he was not. The office ladies and assistants were the ONLY thing pleasant and acceptable about this place. When we move to Georgia, I know what dentist we are NOT using."

"Very nasty, rude, disrespectful, hood and unprofessional dentist on Old Nat Hwy. Frank Butler is as worse as they come. He has the audacity to speak negatively about you and your condition like you're not even there to his staff. Very disrespectful. He has non existent bed manners. Not friendly, polite, engaging or friendly at all. Poor treatment or none at all. Very quick to become annoyed by your concerns-- dismiss your concerns or worries. Leaves you feeling very uncomfortable and violated. He's insulting and offensive. He comes across as being very obnoxious, arrogant, condescending and demeaning. Very old, outdated office and equipment. I've had some very bad dental experiences... he's up there with the rest of them. You try to support your own and this is how they act. You don't talk down to people or about them in their face to other staff and make them feel bad. His office staff were trying to make up for his very poor behavior. It's poor work ethics. It's wrongful and unfair. and is no way to treat new patients or anyone visiting your office for that matter. Sad shame you can't go into an establishment like this and be treated with dignity and respect. Never again."
