"This place has false advertisement,they said they have a laundry room but they don't it's burnt down,they don't have a tennis court like they say. The pool doesn't even work. My mom lives there,and she's been having problems since she moved there,with pipes flooding her apartment,and no one fixing the problem. Also other tenants complained about about water leaks and etc....They really need to work on these apartments before renting them to people,it's ridiculous."

"This Is The Worst Place To Live. Moving Here From Another State Was The Worst Idea In My Life. How They Handle Their Residents, and Property is Trash. All They Want is Your Money, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This Property Has Been Bought and Sold So Many Times, So Many Different Managers Being Hired and Fired. Ore Living Did Nothing But Fix Up The Office and Mail Room, So They Can Be Comfortable, They DO NOT Care About The Complex Or The Apartments Conditions. The Only Reason I’m Still Here is Because If I Didn’t Sign Another Lease They Wanted You Pay a Ridiculous Amount Month To Month, And Where From Out Of State Where Are We Going To Go In a Drop Of A Dime? So We Got Roped Into Another Year, My Family And I Have Been Here For 2Years Going On 3 And We Have Never Had Maintenance Performed In Our Apartment. I’ve Been In Contact By Email, I Have Even Gone To The Office In The Pass Months Asking, No Update. No Maintenance Done. My Family Has Be Terrorized By The UnSupervised Kids In This Complex; We Had to Put Up Our Own Camera’s Up (The Have Signs Saying Video Surveillance But They Have None) Because Of The Bad Children Touching My Car, Banging On My Windows at Night, Screaming And Banging On My Hall Way Wall, Screaming Into My Door, etc.; The Office Told My Husband and I “Not To Talk To The Kids Because We Know How People Are About Their Kids” But Nothing Was Ever Done About My Property Being Damaged Nothing Was Ever Done About The Kids and Still To This Day Nov.28,2021 Im Still Dealing With These Disrespectful Children, and I’ve Provided Information To The Office Of Who is Doing It, Still Nothing Has Been Done!! Nobody Walks The Property To Do General Checks; THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE RESIDENTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PHYSICALLY LIVE ON THIS PROPERTY!!! ; I Have Pictures, All My Emails, All Paperwork Ever Been Put On My Door That Doesn’t Make Since Coming From The Office, I Have Proof of Everything!! Top Of My Building Has Yet To Be Cleaned *Going On 3Years Now, But The Buildings Closer To The Office And The Office Are Spotless. Etc; Make It Make Since Is All I’m Saying;; When The Manger Was Mr. Vincent, These Apartments Actually Felt Like a Little Community, He Made Sure Everybody Respected Each Other and If Not He Handled It Professionally. He Made Sure He’s Maintenance Guys We’re Fixing Things in a Timely Manner, If Not He Communicated That, Pool Was Clean, Kids Play Area Was Decent, Pond Was Clean, Everything Now Is Disgusting, Mold On It, Or Broken From The Same Terrorizing Kids Smh ;; Only Reason I’m Expressing It Here Now Is Because I’ve Literally Tired Every Other Avenue, Even SC Richland Police Department Don’t Do Anything."

"Terrible place to live. Nothing gets done. Ore living only wants your money. They don’t care about tenants. Some lady physically knocks on your door and ask for rent money. No has been here to do maintenance in months. The office ppl are great, they do what they can to help us. At this point I’m calling the news crew because this company is money hungryyyy at its finest."

"Always multiple building units on fire that never get fixed. At least two buildings flood after more than an inch of rain. The pond has trash in it. There are gang shootings every week. The main reason I'm writing this is to complain about the attitudes of the residents. I live on a residential street very close to the apartments and the residents of mallard treat my street like it's a drag strip. Very disrespectful. They also throw trash out and try to break into my neighbor's houses. The surrounding neighborhood is all older people and decent working class. It's obvious where the destruction is coming from. Mallard pointe is a ghetto and needs to disappear!"
