Super 8 by Wyndham Harbison/Parkridge Hospital

"this place was absolutely DISGUSTING. and the staff are so rude!! when i first came here everything seemed fine but i was shocked at what’d i see next.. bugs in the toilet, hair all over the bathroom, stains on the sheets and goldfish in my AC. when i informed the lady at the front desk she told me my room was perfectly fine and not to mention , was on facetime the entire time she was helping me. the way she talked to me was incredibly rude and even when i asked for a room change she refused. she told me a refund would take a week and i had no other option but to stay here. the towels i got were so nasty (stains, marks of various colors), the walls were disgusting and when i told the cleaning women about the goldfish she proceeded to shove them deep inside the vent so now our air barely works. every morning i am woken up to loud bangs and noises from people staying above me. they knock to do “room service” at 7 am EVERY MORNING. do not stay here even if it is last resort! save ur money and ur time."

"We stayed here one night before our daughters cheer competition the next morning. We decided to stay here because it wasn’t too expensive and the pictures online looked nice. The front desk staff was VERY friendly (no complaints there) our room though was nasty. It didn’t look like the bathtub had been cleaned in a while as there was red soap scum all over it. I wouldn’t let my kids get in it. It didn’t appear that there was any protective covering on the beds meaning any stains that could be on them would soak through to the mattress. The next morning the hallways REEKED of marijuana. The general look of the place was just extremely dingy and wasn’t anything like the pictures online. There was also bars on the windows on the first floor which told me it wasn’t the safest part of town. I guess that’s what you get for $60 but still…we were extremely disappointed and will not recommend."

"Front desk experience was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The young lady that cleans the rooms, lobby, etc., does a fantastic job. Location is excellent as well as the price."

"I loved my stay. This was my first time in Columbia. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk she welcomed me and told me of some must see in the area(which was not disappointed). Lobby was super clean(pun definitely intended) and all the staff was really sweet and helpful. My room was clean and the lady who was in charge of cleaning I swear was a mind reader cause whatever I need she was way ahead of me. I was only in town for a wedding but the city was so beautiful nd fun I plan on coming back next year. And the place I'm staying is right here again."

"I can't remember why I didn't stay at this hotel because the room the front desk was going to rent to me looked perfect. The lobby was nice, neat and clean. TV in the lobby looked inviting to sit down and watch. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kept a smile on her face. I might give them a try in the near future."
