"Julie at the front desk was amazing. We were here in August for my high school reunion and the place was great. We're here this weekend for a funeral and Julie worked with us and let us check in early so we could get ready for the service. Great place. Rooms are clean, smell new and clean. Really nice place to stay."

"Location is good. Service was bad (crabby and seemed annoyed). Website said pool was open until 11pm but they closed it at 10pm. Room and hallways were very dirty. (Hairs/smudges in shower, sticky stuff on table, ceiling leaving white flecks all over bathroom, wallpaper falling off the wall, bedding for hideaway smelled) Luggage carts were not available. Breakfast service was slow. Things were not restocked quickly enough."

She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. A huge win for my family was the heated pool- that was actually heated and warm! We will definitely stay here again in the future."

I went down to purchase a snack and we had a nice conversation about the area. We talked like we knew each other for years. The room was spacious and clean. Everything went great.
