"We really liked this Hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is awesome (near USC campus and downtown Columbia). The Graduate has a friendly and casual vibe. One pet peeve...the amenity fee, I personally prefer when that is baked into the rate. We had an enjoyable stay."

The Graduate Hotel is housed in a historic federal-style redbrick building that has been beautifully renovated. The hotel's rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they are decorated from floor to ceiling with a mix of vibrant finishes and furnishings. The vintage-style rooms have Gamecock-themed headboards and all the amenities you could ask for. There is also a hip, retro-inspired bar that is worth a visit for their fantastic cocktails and friendly conversation that flows freely between staff and other guests."

"I've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. It's clean and quiet and has a lot of style. The restaurant is not the same as some chain hotels with the free breakfast, but I had breakfast there once and it was good. They make it when you order it, so it took a little longer than your typical breakfast buffet doesn. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is very close to most places at the university. My wife liked this hotel and so did my daughter. They have snacks and drinks you can buy downstairs by the check-in desk. The check-in staff are usually current or former students so if you are touring or new to the school, it's nice in that you can ask basic questions like good places to eat in the area."
