"The Row has overall been a pretty great place to live. I’ve lived here for two years and the maintenance staff is excellent. They always respond and fix issues the day of your request. The lazy river, gym, and view over the stadium is hard to beat. There has been a few issues in the past regarding parking, gates being left open. etc. However, management has been doing a much better job this year overall. Lane Ward in the office is the nicest person I have ever talked too. He handled all of my problems very professionally and efficiently. I definitely recommend the row to students who are looking for a lively, social, and mostly safe place to live."

Traffic is awful. But it’s very safe and all of the amenities included are definitely worth the price! I would definitely recommend living here!"
