The location is hard to match with proximity to Downtown, Five Points, Crosshill, Forest Acres, and doorsteps from Devine Street. The building and landscaping is well maintained and it’s a very comfortable and effective place to call home. It’s doesn’t hurt that there is an awesome bakery (cookies yum!) within putting distance."

"Trolley is a pleasing, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff is accommodating and friendly also. Geographically it could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. Devine District apartment complex offers amenities that most others around here do not."

"My experience at Devine District was great. It's a really beautiful property with unique privacy across the back half of the building. It's nicest feature is it’s central to so many things right on Devine street like gym, shopping, breakfast bistros, fine dining, Craft beer brewery, and of course, Five Points is a 10 minute walk. Never had an issue with parking, and always felt very safe. The residents range in age from young professional to retired and all are very friendly with some of the “who’s who” of Columbia residing here. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and stays on top of everything really well. They also do resident events for holidays, football games, and mixers with food and drink to enjoy. The maintenance team is professional and timely. Being a newly constructed building, some issues that popped up were quickly fixed without any inconvenience to me. The property is heavily landscaped, clean, and even smells nice. When you come home from work or step out in the morning, you’re certain to have a relaxed feeling living in one of the top residences in Columbia. I would absolutely live here again."
