"Whether you are military or not, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Not only is their maintenance abysmal, but they are very incompetent when it comes to handling military orders to PCS. Even after I provided them my orders 2 months before moving out, they are still trying to charge me $325 for apparently not giving them at least a 30-day notice. Absolutely absurd and certainly not my fault the front office lacks the ability to organize themselves. DO NOT LIVE HERE. over-priced for sub-par apartments. Only thing good is locality, other than that it is not worth the headache."

"I do not live here but I am close to someone who just moved into this apartment complex. I am very displeased. The refrigerator is severely dented especially on the freezer door, the paint job is extremely sloppy and rushed. There's paint covering all of the door knobs, hinges, wallpaper that wasn't properly removed behind the toilets. There is a smell of mildew when you walk into the unit. The vents are filthy with so much dust. Also, the wood at the bottom of the vanities are dry rotten and were covered with cheap contact paper. The paint job throughout the unit is awful. I am just displeased especially since the complex is located in a nice area. The carpet is not clean either. I am very displeased and would not want to live in this complex."

"Run. The newer management does not care about the residents. I had so many problems with them. Lived here for 2 years. •My bathroom sink dripped the entire 2 years I lived here. I put in 2 maintenance requests, both times they claimed it was fixed, it wasn’t. I’m convinced the second time they didn’t even show up, and the first time they pushed as hard as they could on the handles and pretended it was fixed. Didn’t bother trying again. •When I moved in, the bedroom windows, screen door, and kitchen cabinets were damaged and broken. •My washer broke 5 months before I moved out. They never replaced it and gave me the excuse that “the washers are on back order.” They never compensated me for the money I had to spend on their washers. I’m sure they didn’t replace it for the next resident either. They pretty obviously didn’t care about my problem and the front office was full of excuses. Always “we’ll ask the manager” and never called back. •They charged me for an extra day to move out, despite moving out 2 weeks early. They took MONTHS to give me a refund and after endless emails and calls. They charge for stupid things and straight up try to steal your money with fake charges. •The parking passes LOL. Parking was free for the first 1.5 years I was there and suddenly we have to pay to park when there’s no shortage of spaces??? •Gates are always open. Random people will come knock on your door. Invest in a no-soliciting sign. •My AC broke 3 times in 2 years. Took them several days to fix it during the summer the first time and they never offered me another place to stay despite my apartment being 85 degrees. The maintenance people acted like I was stupid by asking if I tried turning the cooling feature on. •Maintenance guys came in and always left the door wide open. Better hope you don’t have pets, they don’t care. •There is like, half a counter of space to prepare food in the kitchen. •The vents are FILTHY. •My dryer wasn’t even hooked up to anything. The lint would just fly all over the laundry room. Huge fire hazard. •Volleyball court was always destroyed, tennis court was average. •Big closet and nice internet speed though."

"This is a beautiful complex with such beautiful and roomy apartments. They have a pool and amazing views from your patio. The office staff are always there and willing to help. I suggest this place"
