Reviews
"Don't live here. People's cars are regularly broken into in the parking lot with windows smashed, and management doesn't do a thing about it."
"There residents are absolutely ridiculous. The amount of noise that comes from this one room close to the bridge on the 3rd floor is absolutely insane. I would not recommend living here."
"If you are not a college kid, don’t live here. It’s basically frat house adjacent. August and September I would be kept up from people having parties and would have to navigate dark hallways in the morning where you could clearly see people had thrown up. Management does nothing about the parties to appease the college kids and told their front desk to “let ‘em be”. The rent is expensive and you have to pay extra for parking in a gravel lot behind the building (35) as well as their cable/internet. They mandate to do the move out inspection WITHOUT you there. Cleaned that apartment for hours. They charged me a $400 dollar cleaning fee and when I called about it said they had to replace the carpets but had no evidence of doing so. Management is absolutely terrible and doesn’t care about non-college tenants"
"This place looks great and is a great locations. The cons greatly outweigh the positives in this situation. The rent is extremely expensive and we have to pay separately for cable which isn’t optional and random other fees. The parking situation is the most horrendous. There’s no parking avaloble in the paved lot (which is 75 a month). Only thing is the back lot which is so dangerous it is ridiculous (and costs 35 a month). Break-ins, muggings, car accidents on the regular and management does NOTHING. They added a security guard which we have seen maybe 2 times over the whole month. Last night THIRTEEN CARS were broken into and management said “I only got here 30 mins ago” and “I don’t know what you want me to do”. Over 200 residents have complained and even gone to police and higher power but nothing gets done. It is a liability to the residents and vehicles. Location is great and building looks nice but management is horrible, you may get harassed or robbed in the parking lot and you will be paying a very high price for it."
"Very clean luxurious apartments. Faculty is nice and quick to offer assistance. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly. Other reviews have said its noisy but its quite the contrary. There are parties on occasion and you can slightly hear them from the halls but the insulation in rooms is exceptional."
